A: Registration allows you to track your account activity, such as points balance, simply by logging in. It also allows us to replace your card in the event it is lost or stolen. As a registered member, you can also elect to receive special offers and promotions via email. Card registration is required to redeem rewards.
A: Every time you make a purchase, you are awarded 3 points for each dollar spent in store. You will automatically earn 100 points when you register your card. When you reach 500 points, you can redeem those points for a 25¢ per gallon discount on your next fuel purchase valid up to 20 gallons, and then your points balance resets to zero. After your 3rd visit, you will automatically earn a free Ice Mountain 16.9oz water. From time to time, we may provide special rewards upon registration.
A: If you have registered your card, you will be able to look up your rewards account by the phone number used to register the card. You will be able to redeem rewards and earn points for purchases made during that visit using your phone number as alternative ID. You can also use the “Tap to check in” button available on our mobile app. You will get a 3-digit code to tell the cashier.
A: If you lose your card simply visit the nearest Go Reward$ location for a replacement. Tell our team member that you lost your card. The team member will give you and new card and a phone number to call to transfer your old card’s information and rewards balance to your new replacement card. It is important to note that this will only work if your card is registered.
A: Points and any rewards balance will not expire. Free food items will expire 90 days after the date they were earned. Go Reward$ Cards will expire after one year of inactivity unless otherwise specified.
A: To view your balance at Go Rewards Account Balance. Select the “Check Your Balance” button and enter your card number found on the back of your card. Once logged in, your balance will show in the Account balance box. Alternatively, your points will show on the bottom of your receipt at any Go Reward$ location.
A: We use this information to send you exciting offers and timely promotions. We also use it to send updates on changes to the program and to keep you updated on your account activity. Your phone number is necessary to look up your account in case you leave your card at home. Please note that we will never share your information with a third party.
